Do you have sample lessons available?
Yes, we have a number of free lessons available for you to try before signing up for a paid subscription plan.
Can I use the lessons in an online system, such as a LMS?
Yes, you are free to use and share the lessons with your students in an LMS.
I want to edit my lessons. How can I upgrade from Teacher Plus to Teacher Pro?
To upgrade from Teacher Pro to Teacher Pro you just need to pay the prorated difference between the two plan.
Which payment methods can I use?
We currently support online payments via PayPal and Stripe Checkout ( debit and credit card payments ). No debit or credit card information is stored on our site. Customers in France and Europe can also pay via bank deposit.
If you are having problems making your payment or would like to pay in your local currency, message us at hello@sweetlingua, and we will set it up for you.
My Payment Did Not Go Through. What Do I Do?

Do you offer refunds or a money back guarantee?
We offer a number of free lessons to give you an idea of our lessons. As a result, once you have upgraded your account, a refund will only be possible if you have not downloaded any of our premium content ( yes, we can tell). Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download.
It’s important to note that a refund is not possible if your subscription was auto-renewed and you haven’t downloaded any content AFTER the renewal. We send out reminder emails, so it’s your responsibility to cancel BEFORE you’re charged.
Deleting your account does not guarantee a refund. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
I am not seeing the ESL lesson plan I wanted, can you help?
If you do not see the lesson plan you want, you are free to contact us and make a request.
I saw an error on the lesson plan, what should I do?
Even though we try our best, these things sometimes happen. We would appreciate it if you send us a message, and we will quickly provide you with an updated version.
I would like to cancel my subscription
sweetlingua.com is a subscription service, and you are automatically billed every year until you cancel.
If you decide to cancel your membership and discontinue using our service, please remember to login to your PayPal and cancel the authorization. For payments made through Stripe, you can cancel the subscription through the “Your Account” page after logging in.

If you would like to pay in a currency other than euros, we would be happy to send you a payment link in the currency of your choice. Please see the instructions below:
Select the bank transfer option ( you will need this to have an Identification number to associate with your account)
You will receive an email with a transaction number. Copy the Identification number.
Then email us at hello@sweetlingua.com including the name of the subscription and indicate the currency and method of payment (PayPal or credit card).
