When using the free portions of our website (download free lesson plans.) We collect the same aforementioned information and, we keep the information related to your ESL lesson plans need. We collect this data out of legitimate interest. We keep the data for 3 years after you last time you contact us.

When using our website sweetlingua.com we undertake to only collect personal data that is absolutely necessary in carrying out the contract between us, this includes:

 

    (a) information that you provide when you become a registered user or otherwise complete forms on the Sites, such as your name, email, postal address, educational information, school name, and  group contact information;

 

    (b) information that you provide to sweetlingua.com when you subscribe to the Service;

OSMOSE LEARNING does not collect information related to method of payment such as a credit or debit card number. All purchases of OSMOSE LEARNING products and services will be directed to and handled by third parties such as PayPal and Stripe. You will be bound by the privacy policies of these third-party sites.

 

We have the right to use this data to help us develop and improve our products and provide you with even better customer service. We keep this data for 3 years after the contract ends. After 3 years, the data is archived anonymously to remove any trace back to you.

 

Only authorized OSMOSE LEARNING staff process your personal data. These duly authorized employees and managers only have access to the personal data needed to do their job and are bound by a confidentiality agreement.
